Q3: I want to replace 400W Metal Halide flood lamp, which is better, 100W or 150W ? 

Generally, 100 Watt is perfect to replace 300W-400W HID fixtures, and 150 Watt is equal to 400W-600W HID fixtures, it depends on if you want to be much brighter than your existing luminaire. 

Q4: I want to direct the light beams to the place I need, is that possible to use your LED flood light fixture to meet my purpose ? 

Yes, our LED flood lights have trunion mount bracket, it can be adjustable between -120°-120°.
